The company employs more than 1,200 people, including 1,000 people at the Sherlovskaya-Oblique mine. This is a well-coordinated team of professionals in their field, able to consistently extract coal even in difficult mining and geological conditions, effectively master modern high-performance equipment for coal mining, mining, processing of coal products.

Over 14 years of operation, about 11 million tons of coal have been mined, 46 kilometers of workings have been completed, and commercial products worth more than 10 billion rubles have been sold. Labor productivity reaches 100 tons per person, which is close to record levels for reservoirs with a capacity of 1.1 - 1.3 meters.
